HATHA & VINYASA YOGA incorporate many of the same poses. The main difference is the pacing of the classes. Vinyasa moves at a faster pace and requires greater breathing control than Hatha yoga.

Teachers:
HATHA YOGA is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching. We have beginner, intermediate and all level Hatha classes to cater your needs.

Teachers:
INSIDE FLOW yoga is different from any other Vinyasa classes which you need to move with the beat of the music and embody the energy of the song.

Teachers:
YIN YOGA works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
