COMING EVENTS
HATHA & VINYASA YOGA
HATHA & VINYASA YOGA incorporate many of the same poses. The main difference is the pacing of the classes. Vinyasa moves at a faster pace and requires greater breathing control than Hatha yoga.
HATHA YOGA is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching. We have beginner, intermediate and all level Hatha classes to cater your needs.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
